Education

Attach your unofficial/official transcripts that show courses completed in Fall semester and upcoming Spring semester classes.

Attachments

Attach a photo of your driver's license to your application. If unable to attach, mail a copy to Desiree Runyon, Room A-450, Building 5, 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E, Charleston, WV 2530. Please do not email as it contains PII.

Tips

  1.  If you are interested in a division in Charleston, you will be responsible for finding a place to stay. Sometimes a college will work with us and rent out dorms; however, it is to their discretion if they choose to and how much they charge.
  2.  Sometimes our agency emails will go to spam or junk mail. We highly encourage you to check these folders regularly.
